Geoffery N. Pyke was a failure by all the metrics which modern society judges our fellow man. He was a bankrupt ponzi schemer, an unfaithful husband and distant father but in the most valuable currency - that of self-worth - he was a rich man indeed. It is only from a mind like his that a terrible World War could have been shortened using only water and binder and the labor of several hundred conscientious objectors. Had his program been turned into reality, Hiroshima and Nagasaki would be just cities on a map and Jasper Lake in the cold regions of Canada a universal testament to the futility of war.
